Reporting a wrong result

This is the most useful message you can send. Please include the tool name, exactly what you put in, what came out, and what you expected. If the input is large, a small example that still shows the problem helps more than the whole file.

Requesting a tool

Tell us what you are actually trying to do rather than only naming the tool. Half of requests turn out to be better served by changing something that already exists.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a password, look up who owns an account, or tell you whether a specific card or email address is real. The tools here compute answers from what you give them, they do not query anyone else records.
