What this tool is for
Pull the addresses out of a pasted document, an exported thread or a page of HTML. Duplicates are removed, output can be sorted or grouped by domain, and the separator is yours to choose. Use it on lists you have a right to process: collecting addresses to email people who never asked is what anti-spam law exists to stop.
How to use it
- Paste the text containing addresses.
- Choose the separator and whether to remove duplicates.
- Copy the resulting list.
Frequently asked questions
Which addresses are matched?
Anything matching the practical email pattern, including subdomains and the newer long top level domains. Obfuscated forms such as "name at example dot com" are not matched.
